verbatim.id pricing: pay for what you use
Buy a block of minutes and use it until it runs out. Packages start at Rp9,000, with no subscription and no bill next month.
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are charged in IDR. Checkout happens in the app, which is in Indonesian.

Payment
Packages under Rp100,000 are paid by QRIS. From Rp100,000, every method offered by Pakasir, our Indonesian payment provider, is available. Quota is only used when a transcription succeeds.
Gift minutes
Minutes you have bought can be gifted to a classmate or a research teammate, 30 minutes or more at a time. The recipient claims them through a link, without logging in.
Invite a friend
With a referral link, you get 90 minutes and your friend gets 30 minutes, valid for 60 days.
Pricing questions
How long does a package last?
Each package has its own validity, from 60 to 720 days after purchase. Minutes can be used until they run out or the package expires.
What is the difference between Verbatim Standard and Verbatim Presisi?
Standard uses one engine set to Bahasa Indonesia and uses quota equal to the audio length. Presisi uses two engines that cross-check each other, detects the language automatically, and uses 1.5× quota. For example, 60 minutes of audio on Presisi uses 90 minutes of quota. Presisi is for package owners.
If a transcription fails, is quota used?
No. Quota is only used when a transcription succeeds.
Can I pay in another currency?
Not at the moment. Prices are set and charged in Indonesian Rupiah, through QRIS from a banking or e-wallet app, or, from Rp100,000, through the other methods Pakasir offers.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for a number of minutes. Nothing renews automatically, and nothing is charged to a card or e-wallet later.
